About Bread Dad

The goal of Bread Dad is to supply its visitors with great tasting & EASY recipes. We have have tons of instructions & tips because we want to simplify your home baking and help you to make great homemade breads, banana breads, sweet quick breads, muffins, etc.

In case you are wondering who Bread Dad is… I am just a Dad who likes to make bread and other baking “experiments” for his family. I try to make numerous product batches for each recipe until I know that it comes out perfectly every time. I want to make sure that these recipes work well for you.

Given that I am just a regular bread loving guy, I also try to make sure that my website’s recipe instructions are very detailed in order to help baking novices or people inexperienced with this type of baking. Moreover, I try to use “real” food pictures and not carefully staged photos. I want you to see how the end result will actually look like (versus some unobtainable baking perfection). There is no point disappointing people with great looking but impossible to make at home photos.

In addition, I REALLY appreciate every visitor who leaves a comment, question & their own tips because this helps to make our instructions even clearer and more useful. Your comments are also a great help to other home bakers.

You will only find great tasting & easy to make baking recipes on this website as I will leave super fancy dinner recipes to others… like my wife. 🙂 Baking at home should be fun, simple and hopefully error free. I hope that your family enjoys these easy recipes… mine certainly does!

If you have a question regarding a particular recipe, please post your question in the comment section at the bottom of that recipe page. Your questions (and hopefully my answers) will help others who might not be brave enough to post their own recipe questions. We also love to hear from people who have enjoyed our recipes!! Compliments are always welcome. 🙂

In addition, if you want to contact me about new recipe ideas or suggestions, please use our contact page. I look forward to hearing from you.
